Press Release Summary: There are many reasons why you should attend GEAR EXPO 2007.
In addition to the uniqueness of the exhibition, with its vast array of exhibitors

Presentations will be held in the Solutions Center at the rear of the exhibition
hall, all presentations are free of charge to all show visitors.

Sunday, October 7 at 2:00 p.m. there will be a short presentation by Gearspect:
DO3PC User-friendly Gear Measurement in the Workshop

Gearspect (Luca G. Bochese from Prague, Czech Republic) presents DO3PC, a gear
measurement instrument designed for use in the workshop environment.
European gearbox and automotive manufacturers requiring fast decision and SPC about
quality of splines and spur gear parameters such as gear profile, helix, pitch and
deviations according to AGMA, DIN or JIS, are using DO3PC directly in the workshop.
Although classified as VDI class II instrument, measurement values using this
strategy are compatible with the results obtained in the measurement room with class
I gear measuring machines.
